Nourish + Resurrect + Thrive
This Event is now FULL
Dear Sacred Women,
The original vision of the Nourish retreat has shifted, and we are writing you with a new invitation! Due to the time of year, school breaks, family holidays etc., our idea of a 24 hour retreat is not possible for many who expressed interest in attending.
Both Katharine and I have the desire to hold a space for you to unwind and release, to truly self-nurture. This is done through movement, breath, food, intention, and the open desire to align with the undefended aspects of ourselves. We know that deeply transformative connection is possible across a range of settings, especially when women gather.
Honoring the commitment we made to serve you in this way and the group that is constellating together, we propose the following revised daylong offering : a resurrection of a more enlivened self, supported by deep meditation and yogic movemeFUKnt. We intend to hold 24-hour (or longer!) retreats in months to come.

With an open heart and a desire to connect tradition with innovation, Katharine shares her deeply rooted knowledge, and pleasure, of food and culture, to inspire the senses and the soul. A native of New York City, she has worked in Kenya, India, Brazil, and across Europe, exploring the authentic and adaptive relationships between food, culture, and landscape. Food is her medium to bring messages of healing and restoration for the individual and the collective. Katharine has spent lots of time in Italy studying the Mediterranean table and style of hospitality, and since 2013 has lived in the Hudson Valley where she consults to a range of sustainable food and agriculture ventures. She loves to facilitate conscious, enjoyable retreats and catalyze women’s leadership by simply gathering together.
