Nourish + Resurrect + Thrive

Dear Sacred Women,

As we approach the end of the fullness of summer and contemplate the seeds we planted and are planning to harvest…. We invite you to unwind, release, receive and truly self nurture.  This is done through movement, breath, food, intention, and the open desire to align with the undefended aspects of ourselves.  We know that deeply transformative connection is possible , especially when women gather.
Alli will guide you through secret and sacred women’s teachings to help build self containment and foster community connection. Katharine will over her food as medicine to nourish the body and please the senses.  Ceremony and ritual will enhance these ingredients and make them your own. Create the space to rejoice!

Details will continue to be revealed.  But save the dates.

With an open heart and a desire to connect tradition with innovation, Katharine shares her deeply rooted knowledge, and pleasure, of food and culture, to inspire the senses and the soul. A native of New York City, she has worked in Kenya, India, Brazil, and across Europe, exploring the authentic and adaptive relationships between food, culture, and landscape. Food is her medium to bring messages of healing and restoration for the individual and the collective. Katharine has spent lots of time in Italy studying the Mediterranean table and style of hospitality, and since 2013 has lived in the Hudson Valley where she  consults to a range of sustainable food and agriculture ventures. She loves to facilitate conscious, enjoyable retreats and catalyze women’s leadership by simply gathering together.

This is an immersive women’s retreat that activates elements of  ancient yogic technologies, nutritional food therapy, and sacred hospitality to provide an experience that reconnects you with the capacities to nourish yourself and others, to give and to receive in harmony.
