A 6 week program focused on healing and rebalancing the chakras through breath work (pranayam), energy work (visualization), and vinyasa (flowing asana).
Powerful, transformative and cleansing, this class is good for students of all levels of yoga experience.
*These classes build upon one another, it is encouraged to experience all 6 weeks, but walk ins are welcome.

Mia Morgan is a farmer, healer, veteran and RYT 200 vinyasa yoga teacher. She has been practicing yoga for over 12 years, and has recently taken a Yoga as Medicine course at Omega Institute. Her focus is bringing healing from the inside out, balancing our emotional and physical bodies through breathe work, flow, and energy work. She uses her background in farming to help facilitate a deeper connection to the Earth and her background as a veteran to help make people who would normally never think to turn to yoga feel right at home in her classes.
